I’ve been trying to decide what to tackle next after the Cambie. But the more I think, the more my project wish list expands and now I have SO much I want to do I don’t know where to start! I’m too much of a thinker… I need to become a doer.
My sewing room has a bursting-to-the-brim box of half started projects and I did promise myself that one of these unfortunate forgotten dreams would be completed once I finished the Cambie. But it’s so much more exciting starting on a new pattern than picking up from an old one, don’t you agree?!
And then an email popped up in my inbox pointing me over to Elise’s blog, honigdesign . If you haven’t checked it out before, go take a look. She makes some really gorgeous stuff, including her fabulous Garden Party dress.
I saw this and instantly wanted it in my wardrobe. Lucky for me, Elise is giving away a *free* downloadable pattern, so we can all have a go! I’d love to replicate Garden Dress 2 – it’s so cute. All she asks is for feedback on the pattern and to share our creations with her.
